"One Evening Having Lost My Way"  by  John Mock
This was an unveiling of a portrait I did of Charles Phelps.
He was Connecticut's first Attorney General. It now hangs
in the recently renovated Phelps Mansion, which was his
home. This was the ribbon cutting of the newly renovated
mansion. The mansion was renovated into 10 apartments
for U.S. Military Veterans. I was proud and honored to be a
part of it!
